Larger agencies, by their nature, are departmentalized - the same people working on the same things in the same disciplines. This structure breeds stale thinking.

We started our careers working for mammoth design, advertising and interactive firms. In these environments we picked up some pretty useful skills, but we also learned to listen to what clients had to say about working with these behemoths. Now we’ve taken this insight and have combined this with our real-world strategic and creative background and used it to create a new atmosphere.

After stepping outside the “agency” box, we came to a realization. To break through the clutter in today’s marketplace your efforts need to be a mix of conventional marketing wisdom and unconventional creativity. We believe this so strongly, we built a company around it. Maybe you should too.

ABOUT Troy Finamore

Troy Finamore is an award winning Art Director with over 15 years of experience producing high-profile business-to-business and business-to-consumer projects both on the agency and corporate side.

He is skilled in many media, including: print, web, interactive, animation, sound design, illustration, photography and fine art.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from California State University, Fullerton, he went on to complete extra course work in advertising and web programming at some of New York City’s top schools.

His work has been published in The AdAge Encyclopedia of Advertising and Lurzer’s Archive Magazine. In 2002, his work won two AdWeek Icon awards and two WebAwards.
